First, I don't like snow much, but sometimes, it's pretty.







And, like a zillion years ago, I planned these Nsync My Little ponies, and later, made them.

Originally I was supposed to cut the tail and the mane shorter, but I did so much work on it that eventually I didn't dare to cut it. The "life/death"- symbols were a bitch to make, and they still ended up slightly wrong. Bummer. But he has attitude, yes?

Justin ended as my victim when I wanted to try a new way to attach wings.

With Lance Pony, my time run out. I was supposed to dye him, but oh well. I just added some diamonds and made his roots show. The rainbow is a definite must!

Poor JC has so much paint and glitter in him that it was almost impossible to clean his rump enough for a symbol. Aqua & lime green fake leather strings in his tail adds the finishing touch. Notice that he is the only one *without* the tattoo in his leg.

Oh, Joey, Joey.. His body was in horrible shape and required lots of work, silly putty, blue tack, dye and paint for looking good.

And finally, just for the laughs, I made Britney:

........I had no idea that My Little Ponies could be that cool. No idea. Notice that I'm in a state of considerable shock, here. Especially fond of the Joey pony - I can't tell Nsync from Five and so on, (sorry!) but the pony has some serious attitude. Wow!

Thanks, I needed that! Yep, the ponies don't have to be all cute and cuddly. If I manage to channel Joey (big, manly, straight, adorable) through a plastic toy to someone who has no expectations, go me! ;)

Excellent job on the ponies!! I remember when you first posted the pics, and seeing the real life models--just amazing!

You are most certainly not a freak. It's nice to be able to combine your fandoms like you did. Heh, Joey's little girl might get a kick out of seeing her Daddy portrayed as a horse :) Im partial to the Chris one myself. From that first pic it looks like he has a mohawk :)

*pats you on the back* I think its awesome. If doing that makes you happy~that's all that matters.

As for the snow, heh, I share your sentiments. It can be pretty when its coating the trees and the ground. I just dont like driving in it. Schools in Mass/Rhode Island were shut down Monday and Tuesday because of it. It's pretty when the sun hits it, like it is today where I am :)

They're so *adorable*! Simply wonderful! Justin and JC are so pretty, Joey is so manly (if you can say that about a My Little Pony), Chris is so punk, and Lance's rainbow made me smile. Also, I was slightly freaked out by how much pony!Britney's face resembles that of the real Britney, especially in the first picture.
