Now I'm a freaking filosofian maisteri (Master of Arts)!! Media studies major, plus ethnology and creative writing. Took me only six years...

No big celebrations, though, since my teachers studies are still to be completed. My status is still a student. But anyway! I know a lot of people who never did their thesis. What ever happens, at least I have this degree of education.

Congratulations! I'd say six years isn't that long at all. You might have told this already, but what kind of a teacher will you be once you finish your studies? I know you've practised at junior high, will you be teaching kids that age? What about the subject? [/curiosity]

I'll be a teacher specialized on adult education, so my position would and could be in teaching media in ammattikoulu, ammattikorkeakoulu or any other institute of adult education. Actually the teachers studies are so "covering-the-all" that I could do anything which requires you to be lehtori. My dream job would be being a media consultant or analyst at a independent firm.
