I'm getting an M from by B.A. I'm slightly disappointed. It was from a new, contemporary topic and the writing style was good, but I guess it wasn't *that* scientific. Media studies doesn't keep information gathering by interviewing and net surveying in that high regard. The only not-so-great thing that I can see myself was the reporting of my internet survey, but they said they didn't need the pie charts, dammit! Oh well. I worked on it for two years, but it's not like it would have been hard to do. It was never an obstacle for me. I rather take an M and a fun writing process than an E and nightmares.

On the more fannish matters, some idiot felt JC up yesterday in the concert. He was leaning to touch the hands of the crowd, but some inventive fan didn't reach for his hand but his crotch. The security didn't even throw her out, somebody heard her bragging to her friends after the concert that she felt JC's dick. That is just wrong! Hey, let's violate the man, just because we can! I like to think that when we (the mature fans) objectify JC, it's a game. a pretend. Somebody obviously confused reality and fantasy for each other and JC got his physical integrity violated. Who on earth would think crabbing a mans nuts would be anything but a crime? He is an entertainer and that partially includes "selling his body", but to look only, not to touch! Sheesh!

I was just reading the boards on that whole situation... yeah thats a little much. Heck I was happy just to shake the guys hand back in 2000, and thats totally enough for me

It will be interesting to see how he reacts towards fans from here on out. Hes coming here to Massachusetts to play--unfortunately I wont be attending.. oh well

The guy must be so stressed out it's a wonder he manages to deliver his show so good. At this point, some other artists would be likely to develop a "cold", "stressed voice" etc.

As for the icon, thanks! I thought that now would be a good time to make an icon about being together. I drew and colored the pic myself after that famous slumber party pic.

I agree with you there...with all thats happened with his songs and the video...yeah I'd be a little freaked out and wanting a bit of break.

I'd say that it's not the grades that matter but what you learn but...yeah. M is still a very good grade regardless. *nodnod* What was your topic again? Fanfiction? (Also, how are you supposed to gather information if not by interviewing?! Aside from books and boring statistics, I mean. Oh well.)

As for that JC incident...manners, people. Manners. Emancipation's all fine and dandy but the "femakko" phenomenon is not.
