emmuzkaScience fiction con this weekend. On Friday I was all bummed and scorned because of the day's fan fiction panel discussion that I was participating? The organizers had failed to get a director for the panel, and apparently had also failed to tell us participants about it, so it was either stand there like morons or just run the show by myself, interviewing the others. I sounded like I was on speed. Winging it is not my style.
The Saturday, however, went fine. I listened some excellent numbers, shopped (I hadn't known that Lois McMaster Bujold is now published to Finnish, yay!) and did my own program, again about fan fiction, with![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
sua_lay and other friends. This time we were prepared. Especially our presentation "Ten years of Slash" was liked.
