Meggan the Cat is coming home tomorrow :) :) :) <3

Granted, it would have been more convenient to receive her back only after my move, but I got a great chance to transport her in my friend's car the required 200km.

I wonder where the litter box will fit in my new bathroom..

Welcome back cat hair and kitty litter! And while I'm it, I'll have to check the nearest vet ;)

I can ask my cats' breeder for recs. She knows pretty much every vet in Helsinki. I seem to recall her mentioning a very good one in Herttoniemi, so if you're at all close to the Sörkkä tube station, that might be convenient.

For a case of emergency, I might have to use what ever is the closest. One great thing for living near the centre: A vet in a walking distance!

It would be nicce to locate some good vet with people with good experiences of it that would be easy accessible via the metro. Everything is closer when you live near metro station ;)

Yeah, the friend will come to collect Meggan the cat at noon from me. All's prepared, I washed her litter box and combed her throughly (and managed to get the tangle of hair away behind the ear). But I will miss her so much, she really is the world's cutest little cat! She slept last night curled against my breast.

Anyway, I must warn you that Meggan may miaow for food in the evenings, as feed my own cats around 20 o'clock and she learned to eat 'wet food' then as well. :-)

I'm sure that you will miss here, she is such a lovely cat! And uh oh for the wet food, now I'll have to train her again to accept only Bilanx dry food..

I'd really recommend that you give her some wet food from time to time, at least for the sake of fluid intake. Doesn't have to be the expensive kind of wet food; Latz or Whiskas will do. Drinking water usually doesn't give enough fluids for cats who eat only kibble. Sandels is a kibble junkie who loves his dry food, but I make a point of giving him some Latz jelly stuff so he gets fluids that way and avoids urinary tract infections and/or urinary stones.
