emmuzkaDo you know who I dislike most in the latest LJ-mess? The people who are all “I don’t care because this doesn’t concern me personally. Why do you care? Do you have SOMETHING TO HIDE?”
1) Yes, because it’s a human thing to do to turn you back to everything that doesn’t concern you personally right now. NOT.
2) Throwing the "potential criminal" stigma on everybody who dares to speak against "what is decent" is the worst thing to do, because it robs the opposer the right to be heard and be taken seriously.
On other things: I got a phone call yesterday. This one guy would have liked to buy prepping in English language from me. O_0... The problem is that I don’t offer that service, never have. He had gotten the info about this “from the net”. Where from the net? “The net” is a pretty big place, even if one counts only the pages that give enough info to actually look me up and call me. Where do I ever imply that I would know anything about prepping people in English?
Anyway, I very politely recommended an excellent freelance professional to him, and never denied his belief that I would have, at some point, offered that service.
