emmuzkaI’m responsible of this one project going to print and to the customers on time, and today I had to ask a lot of basic questions like “to what address do we send the originals?” and “Do you deliver the material here or do we have to arrange it?”. I felt like a cretin.
Another TV series that I probably won’t be enjoying until fall: the best reality ever, Project Runway, has started! At least I know that the shows aren’t going to disappear from the net in a couple of months. Just finding them will be harder.
There is a new Miles Vorkosigan book coming from Lois McMaster Bujold in 2008 or 2009. Yay! Ms. Bujold, thank you for detouring from low fantasy and going back to space opera.
The upcoming science fiction convention in Finland offers a new kind of charity auction. People can donate their scifi merchandise and they will be auctioned either for keeping or to be destroyed. So for example, someone could bid for a Severus Snape’s head mug to destroy it (with a mallet or such, they auctioneers will provide the tools) and some other would bid against just to save the mug. I’m in! It’s a pity that I have either sold forward or skipped altogether the worst stuff. Probably I will be donating my Gundam Wing- and X-files calendars. And if there is an inflatable Darth Maul chair in the auction? I will pay money for the chance to destroy it!

Haven't started watching PR yet. Maybe I should download the first eps today. I'm sure you can get them off one of the slashas, unless the contestants suck so much we can't bear to watch it even for Tim Gunn!
