Attention Finnish people!

The science fiction society that I'm in (Tutka ry. in Turku) is interested in doing a finnish fan fiction anthology for Finncon convention in next summer. It would be kind of an introduction: "This is fan fiction". Any hypothetic legal trouble would be ours, not the writer. So if you would like to help us out and get some of your work published on paper, drop me a line. The only requirements at this point are that 1) you are Finnish (the fic can be in english or in finnish) 2) We are favoring media fic over real people (not my decision!) Other than that, everything goes; One shot, serial, slash etc. If you are interested, write me at emmuzka@netscape.net or emalvi@utu.fi, or if you have a friends that you think would like this, pass this on. Does the scifi society have a web page, or a mailing list? You seem to organizing some interesting things (like the Harry Potter discussion), and if I knew about them beforehand, I might actually participate one of these days.

heh, I forgot to place a link in there. Silly me. We have a mailing list, but I think it's only for member. the joining fee is only something like 3 euros, so that shouldn't be a problem. But you can check our things on the web page.

Hm, I wonder if I should submit any of mine? Thing is, I mostly write Blake's 7 and as it's never been shown in Finland, people know fuck-all about it. I seem to be stuck in old British telefantasy land fan-wise anyway. Let me know what you (and others?) think.
