While I agree that I wouldn't want to be 'good for a foreigner' either, I think having that in the notes might not be a bad thing if it's an issue. I'd rather people think I'm foreigner than them thinking I'm some kid who doesn't know how to use beta :/. (Although having native beta might fix the issue.)
