emmuzkaI don't like the Lj's Draft Proposals for Abuse Policies and Procedures, but I can live with it.
Adult Content: Summary:
Content is present which is intended for adult readers, and should not be accessible to minors.
--> Minor in what country? Please include a specific age.

A user has posted content which incites, encourages, or advocates rape, pedophilia, or the abuse of children in any way.
This is too vague. Please determine “incites, encourages, or advocates”, with examples of what is not determined as inciting, encouraging or advocating. This is important because people should be allowed to discuss about rape etc. without being punished. You need to strongly make clear that support groups, giving information, help lines and academic and fictious text discussing and condoning these issues are not terminated because of the subject matter. Because sweeping these issues under a rug does not remove evil from the world; it just makes the world more pretentious.
Non-Photographic images of minors: Non-photographic images (cartoons, drawings, etc.) of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct are present on LiveJournal.
Does this mean that links to other sites containing this kind of art are allowed? Yes/No?
Self Harm: Material posted which encourages or instructs others on how to engage in destructive behavior such as, self-injury, self-mutilation, anorexia, drug or alcohol overdose, or suicide.
Be sure not to add anything remotely religious (satan worship, vicca) in this determination. It could cause you trouble.
Standard Compliance Timeline
Are the users always contacted using English? What about the Russian users? BTW, are there anywhere a mention that in situations where the user is required to interact with abuse team, the user is required to use English to get service?
Plus, we are still waiting for an explanation on who will determine on who is a minor and what is considered sexually explicit. What if the person doing the determination uses his power wrong? (Power corrupts: Just Google about the Finnish police censoring regular gay porn sites by determining them as child porn) What if the user does not agree? If the suspension/termination is made clearly with faulty reasons, but the decision stands because the LJ feels like it does a paid user get his/hers money back?
