Work environment - what a strange animal.

emmuzkaWe had a work environment and develoment survey at work. It was all really anonymous and stuff and really gave a chance to tell and suggest without all the arrows pointing at you. In theory.
In reality, we live in a work environment of 25 people. It’s not like I could write what I want, like, “consider treating your junior consultants the same and take the one stuck in the lobby duty off because that’s getting pretty embarrassing” without anyone knowing that I wrote it.
Also, there will be new employee photos taken today for those who want it :) I looked hung over in my first pic, so now I will definitely get a new one. with make up and hair done and my pink jacket, thanks.
