An ex-fan sold me her old Nsync Cd's (and demanded 6 euros for postage and handling for 3 Cd's, can you believe it?) So I tried to kick start my christmas mood with the christmas album, and guess what? I couldn't listen it through, it was so... No good. My god what they were thinking? Didn't they understand that the fans will be listening the album in every freaking christmas? So only after 5 years, thousands of women are thinking, "Oh, Justin, had you no brains or free will at all?".

Also, first time I have the opportunity to compare the european and american Self Titled Albums. Just cut about a minute worth of "bounce, bounce, beat beat, bounce" here and there, and ta dah, you have made a european hit a american hit! Personally, I like more the european disco versions. Just like they added a disco beat in that Shania Twain's "Man, I feel like Woman" song, because they thought it was too country for us europeans. Anyway, "You Got It" was actually a quite nice song. a Cappella was too much for americans, so the best song "More Than a Feeling" got to go. They replaced it with "god must have spent..." witch is crap. I still don't understand why they recorded the first verse of "I Drive Myself Crazy" again, replacing Chris for JC. I got the Chris version on Mpeg video and it is much better. And, since the is no "Drive myself..." in european Album, to what release they made the Chris version anyway? Canada? Hm?

anyway, the songs are no better than those of the Backstreet Boys, or Blue, or A-teens, or five, Take That, Nylon Beat or even that irritating Finland Idols contestant song "huomisen tuulet" or whatever it's called. So, it's not about the music, it's about the legend.

You have all heard that in the first LOTR movie the choir sings in finnish in at least two occasions? First there is "Kiire, kiire" and then there's "turva, turva, kassakaappi" (!!!) The mistake is really funny if you know finnish. "Kiire" means "hurry" and "Turva" means "safe", but "Kassakaappi" means "safe deposit box". Heh heh... So, the question is, where exactly in the movie can you hear this? Does anyone know the time coordinates?
